SSD International is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded by a consortium of research scholars and intellectuals from premier academic institutions, including Columbia University, the University of Chicago, UMass, Loyola University, and Adler University, among others. Dedicated to advancing education, social justice, and equitable opportunity on a global scale, we convene a transnational network of students, professionals, and policymakers. Our mission is to translate scholarly insight into meaningful social change, with a principled focus on addressing systemic inequities and empowering marginalized communities. Through a sustained commitment to praxis the union of rigorous analysis and strategic action we work to cultivate a more just world.
